Yoga-Pilates
Delphine offers Yoga Pilates and Yoga Paddle within the rental residence. A course is free for residents in the garden during low season and on the water with paddleboard during summer.

Pilates is a method to work the deep muscles and especially the midsection . You learn to develop weak muscles and relax the tense muscles in order to balance the musculature.
